1. Eligibility for Returns
-Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
-Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with all labels intact.
-Certain items (e.g. personalised products and goods) are non-returnable for hygene and safety reasons.
2. How to Initiate a Return

-Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Packaging and Shipping
-Please securely pack the items to prevent damage during shipping.
-You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was delivered faulty or an error occurred on our part.
-We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over £50
4. Refund Process
-Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days.
-Please not that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Exchanges
-We are unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
-If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will provide instructions for a return.
