Bude Blue Wave Dog Bowl

Description
Our brand new pottery dog bowls. Handmade in Bude, North Cornwall. Each bowl has a narrow top and wider base, to keep puppy and dog ears free from food.
Inspiration
Inspired by the coast and beachy waves and puppy paw print. This design is unique to Budeful and features our wave design and official Bude Blue.

Small dog bowl: Base133mm x Top 110mm x Depth x 55mm
Medium dog bowl: Base 155mm x Top 130mm x Depth x 60mm
Large Dog Bowl: Base 200mm x Top 160mm x Depth x 70mm
Pots are hand thrown in White Earthenware Clay with the handles for the mugs being applied when the clay is 'leather hard'.
Biscuit fired to just over 1100oC
Pots are hand then painted with coloured under-glaze paints and dipped in a translucent glaze and dried for a day.
The glaze firing is slightly lower to ensure the bright colours do not 'burn out' in firing.
Ceramic transfers are applied by hand and then the pots are fired for a 3rd time to just over 800oC.
